About My Clients
Women are amazing! Sometimes, however, we face challenging relationships and transitions as we move through life. We are the ones who seem to do it all for everyone around us…home, work, and family. Our own care is often last on the list at the end of the day. I have learned that if I don't take care of myself, I am not the best I can be for others. I want to help other women prioritize that care while improving their relationships and transitions in life.
My Background and Approach
We can struggle with how we relate to others including our spouse, children, parents, siblings, friends, and co-workers. We can feel stuck in the same cycle and not know how to improve our communication. Life can throw transitions in front of us that are difficult to navigate through. Maybe we start or end a career, move to a new city, become an empty nester, or suffer a profound loss of someone we have loved. Maybe it’s how we see ourselves. I have been in similar shoes and continue to face the twists and turns of life head-on. I have worked with women over the years who fight to do the same. I can help be that neural ear to not only help navigate difficult times but emphasize self-care. I specialize and truly enjoy working with women to listen to, be present for, and help develop a more positive outlook on life by examining thoughts and patterns affecting behavior. I appreciate, enjoy, and celebrate our differences and uniqueness as individuals without judgment.

I can’t promise how quickly you’ll reach your goals or even if I can help, but I can promise I’ll do my best.
