My passion is working with clients with addiction issues. I work with clients to help them identify their triggers and stressors. We work together to build healthier coping skills and a new life in recovery.

DBT is a skills-based therapy that works to address both addiction and mental health concerns. As an LADC, I integrate DBT skills lessons into group and individual sessions.

CBT works to help change the way we think. CBT is utilized in individual and group sessions to assist client in challenging their negative thoughts.

Clients have the opportunity to work with an LADC in both the individual and group settings. Client will learn healthy coping skills to address their addictions and stress. Clients will receive skills training, psychoeducation, and process in the group setting.
