About My Clients
Do you feel different, misunderstood, judged, embarrassed and or ashamed? Do you know how to create and enforce healthy relationships/healthy boundaries? My Background and Approach
My specialties include trauma, substance abuse and difficulty adjusting to the seasons of life. I understand the depth of pain stemming from traumatic events such as sexual assaults, domestic violence, relationship violence, living in a home with a parent/s abusing substances, developing a substance use disorder, losing a loved one and losing a career.I am here to support, guide, challenge and assist you. I will meet you where you are and provide client centered care. My approach is integrative where I utilize techniques from various modalities.
