About My Clients
I know that given the right circumstances, you have the capacity to grow, heal and change. However, challenging life experiences can create a pattern of behavior that interferes with daily functioning. Some feelings are hard to attend to by yourself. My work helps you explore your feelings in a nurturing relationship. Together we seek ways to calm your nervous system, and supports you in discovering your own sense of resilience.
My Background and Approach
I use Somatic Experiencing, Safe and Sound Protocol, EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy. I work from an attachment framework.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Safe connections are fundamental to a meaningful and satisfying life. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner I believe that our bodies hold our stories and our experiences. Our bodies are also a path to healing, hope and resilience. We are spiritually linked and are on a collective path together, when one person heals, those around that person also have the opportunity to grow and change.
