About My Clients

I work primarily, but not exclusively, with LGBTQ+ adults struggling with anxiety, addiction, relationship challenges, and trauma. I understand that relationships, identity, sexuality, and personal experiences don't always fit conventional expectations. My practice is ENM/polyamory and kink-affirming, and sex worker-friendly.

My Background and Approach

I have almost two decades of experience helping people with addictions, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. We'll make space to process what's happening in your life, explore your experiences and the stories you tell yourself, and identify what you want to work toward. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or even know exactly where to begin. Therapy can be a place to get curious about yourself, challenge old patterns, and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Social causes I care most about include literacy and human rights. I am an avid world traveler and interested in learning more about other cultures and languages through friendship and cultural exchange.
