My Background and Approach
My experience has allowed me to assist thousands of individuals in Las Vegas including those who have had childhood trauma, and relationship issues. I am EMDR & Parts trained. I teach Mindfulness & Somatic interventions as well as DBT and relapse prevention. I am currently finishing my doctorate in Behavioral Health at ASU with a focus on the LGBTQ+ population. My internship experience during my doctorate with Huntridge Family Clinic helped inform my dissertation and allowed me the opportunity to provide specific interventions for the LGBTQ+ population. I chose this career because I believe that people can change with understanding, compassion, and building on their inner resilience. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a space for you to be who you wanted to be before life happened.
