About My Clients

In our work together, we focus on helping you slow things down, understand your emotional patterns, and develop tools that actually fit your real life. Creating a space where you can be honest, feel supported, and learn how to relate to yourself with more compassion and clarity is always my goal in sessions. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, rumination, self-esteem concerns, and relationship patterns rooted in attachment or past experiences.

My Background and Approach

Whether you are facing a major life transition, such as a job loss or divorce, or struggling with interpersonal conflicts, anxiety, or depression, I can provide guidance and support as you navigate these difficult experiences. My primary focus is on empowering clients to build resilience and manage these challenges effectively, while identifying solutions.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I identify as a progressive and socially conscious clinician. I believe that everyone deserves access to affirming, compassionate, and culturally responsive care. I am committed to social justice, LGBTQ+ inclusion, racial equity, and honoring diverse identities and lived experiences. My practice is rooted in compassion, accountability, and respect for each client’s autonomy and lived experience.
