About My Clients
In my past clinical experiences, I have worked with youth and adults working to better manage depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma symptoms, and relationships. I rely on clinically proven techniques to help reduce symptoms, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I also believe in person-centered counseling and utilizing strength-based techniques. Clients seem to get the most out of counseling when they are open to sharing and trying new skills.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a firm believer that YOU know yourself the best and we can use that information to help build on your strengths and reignite your self-esteem and confidence. I have the education and clinical experience in counseling but you provide the knowledge about your past, present, and hopes for your future. Counseling is very much based on the relationship that we build together to make strides towards your goals.
