My Background and Approach
I'm a trauma-focused therapist who works with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, perfectionism, and/or relationship problems. I have engaged in healing conversations with individuals, couples, teens, and families from diverse backgrounds in a wide range of clinical settings for over 10 years. I often use Narrative Therapy to collaboratively explore your concerns and how they're impacting the stories you tell about yourself and your life. We'll delve into how these stories have been shaped by your experiences, relationships, and the world around you. Then, we work to rewrite these stories in a way that empowers you, highlights your strengths and possibilities for the future, and allows you to live a happier, more fulfilled life.
