My Background and Approach
I like to think of therapy as a really great conversation, but it will be all about you. You get veto power, you get to choose the subjects, and you choose your goals. I am a warm and easy person to talk to. If you want to stay light, we'll stay light. But once you know I'm on your side and feel comfortable, I can push you to go deeper and discover how you truly feel. I want you to uncover the blind spots that keep you stuck and share them with you. There's no use coming to therapy if you're just going to stay in the same place, right? Our sessions will be friendly and inviting. You can expect our sessions to feel honest and open. There might be tears, anger, or even laughter.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a nature lover, animal lover and foodie. I enjoy spending as much time as my schedule allows in nature with my dogs. I have volunteered at the local animal shelter to help socialize animals to raise the chance of them getting adopted. I love different types of cuisine and trying new things.
