About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the impact of past trauma. My clients often struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, or people-pleasing, and want to feel more confident, grounded, and capable in their daily lives. Together, we explore coping strategies, boundaries, and self-awareness to help them heal, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their relationships, work, and personal growth.
My Background and Approach
I bring almost 20 years of experience helping adults manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. My approach is collaborative and tailored, blending evidence-based strategies with empathy and insight. In sessions, we explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, and cultivate self-compassion. I aim to empower clients to build resilience, set healthy boundaries, and create meaningful change in their relationships, work, and personal growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’ve been a therapist for nearly 20 years, and along the way I’ve seen how mental health challenges can touch every part of life—our relationships, work, and sense of self. We all develop ways of coping, some helpful and some that hold us back. In our work together, I focus on gently uncovering these patterns and building healthier, more supportive ways of living. I work with people from all backgrounds and identities, and I strive to understand how your experiences have shaped you. I’m an ally and provide a safe, compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and valued. My goal is to help you build confidence, resilience, and self-compassion so you can move forward feeling more balanced and grounded.
