About My Clients

My goal, as a therapist, is to always provide unconditional positive regard for all my clients. What that means is I establish a safe haven where you can be accepted as you are and encouraged to accomplish whatever goal is in front of you.

My Background and Approach

In my personal life I wear many hats. I have been married to my husband Jeb for 20 years. We have three wonderfully-wild and amazing kids (a boy and two girls). I am a Christian and I have a deep meaningful relationship with God. I have navigated my own trauma and PTSD. Trauma can be very isolating. The process of healing from my own trauma is what led me want to walk alongside others who are struggling with their own darkest times. My hope as a therapist is that no one has to walk alone. I value the therapeutic alliance and it has been my greatest joy to watch many clients transition from surviving to thriving.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

In 2019 I graduated from Missio Seminary with a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling. I am a person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapist who specializes in trauma counseling. If you are looking for a safe space to heal and grow, I would love to provide this for you.
