Therapy is for you when your motherhood journey is not straightforward and postpartum does not look how you imagined. You could be feeling overstimulated, on edge, checked out, and overwhelmed. These feelings are real—and you are not alone. I work with individuals during pregnancy and postpartum to support their mental health.

I integrate approaches like mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and nervous system regulation to help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner wisdom. I specialize in supporting individuals during pregnancy and postpartum with their mental health.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a mother of 2 toddler boys and believe no one should face the challenges of motherhood alone. Motherhood is a profound transformation. You deserve to show up as the most grounded, joyful version of yourself—for your family, and for you. I am Latina, first generation and bicultural. I am a part of the Latinx and LGBTQ community,
