Are you looking to find new meaning after trauma, or help managing depression, anxiety, burnout, or stress? I specialize in teaching tools to help you better communicate, repair relationships, heal attachment wounds, establish healthy boundaries, build healthy self-esteem, find balance, build a secure attachment, and adjust to life changes, including: breakups/divorce, parenthood, loss, & career changes. I use a holistic and trauma-informed lens to aid my clients in reaching their healing goals.
My Background and Approach
I have nearly 10 years of experience working in the mental health field, aiding those with trauma, depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, attachment wounds, relationship issues (couples and families), and those struggling with: grief, work related stress, setting boundaries, looking for balance, adjustment to life changes.
