I use a holistic and trauma-informed lens to aid my clients in reaching their healing goals.

I have nearly 10 years of experience working in the mental health field, aiding those with trauma, depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, attachment wounds, relationship issues (couples and families), and those struggling with: grief, work related stress, setting boundaries, looking for balance, adjustment to life changes.
