I best serve individuals, families, couples dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma (even complex). I help individuals dealing with these issues to find understanding and a sense of control over the complex circumstances present in life. My role is to help guide and facilitate insight and help you obtain a sense of control and balance over your life.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in California and Michigan who has practiced in a variety of settings since 2017 including; Outpatient mental health settings, private practice, and residential treatment. If you are looking to explore more about feelings that are overwhelming you or you find yourself unable to enjoy life the way you want, then it is time to talk about it in a safe space. My priority is to help you find strength and support in and out of session. I work from a trauma-informed perspective and believe your past informs your present and future. I utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I believe that therapy is a place where you can feel understood, and empowered to make the changes you want in your life. Whatever it is that you are having trouble with, therapy is a place where you can come to find answers. The time is now and you deserve it!
