About My Clients
We find true heroism in seemingly ordinary everyday life. These heroics might look like getting cut off in traffic and keeping your cool, finding the courage to ask your boss for a raise, or deciding to bravely take your life in a new direction. The road to becoming the hero of your own story stems from finding the balance between being accountable for what is in your control and accepting what is outside of your control.
My Background and Approach
I use an eclectic person-centered approach to therapy. My style has resulted from going from Philadelphia, to New York City, to Jerusalem, and back again. Clients often find me kind and sincere during sessions. I work with clients to help them reexamine their lives, with the goal of building authenticity an self-acceptance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
There is nothing more difficult than striving to live your best life. If you’re in the process of looking for your first therapist, or if you’re looking for a new therapist, I encourage to keep moving yourself towards a better you. I look forward to the privilege of working with you towards your own personal greatness.
