About My Clients
I specialize in treating OCD and related disorders as well as neurodivergence and the LGBTQ+ community. I have experience treating OCD, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, ASD, Tics/Tourette's, Personality Disorders, Dissociative Disorders, and BFRBs.
My Background and Approach
I am first and foremost a cognitive behavioral therapist with strong leanings towards exposure and experiential modalities. In addition, much of my conceptualization and treatment of cases is informed by AEDP and ACT.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a self-identified gay man and passionate about treating the LGBTQ+ community. In addition I am active in the OCD community through my attendance of IOCDF's annual national OCD conference and my volunteering with OCD Delaware, a non-profit local organization.
