About My Clients
I work with a wide range of clients, but specialize in working with younger adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and transition issues that might be impacting one’s full potential. My approach is accepting, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I think to yield the best results in therapy it must be a healthy combination or client and clinician effort.
My Background and Approach
I have my masters of science from Northern Kentucky University for Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I approach counseling from a CBT, Narrative, and Solution-focused approach.
