I have a lot of experience working with bipolar disorder both in my personal and professional life. Psycho-education and coping skills are huge. My goal is to get clients to a place of understanding with this disorder. From there, together we can find ways to live a healthy life and move past the barriers.

From seasonal to severe, I have dealt with depression on a wide scale. Depression is some many people struggle with and through my training I have learned a number of ways to help address and combat the various faces of this disorder.

Through my experience I have studied a number of various anxiety related disorders. I think having a firm understand on what anxiety is, what triggers it, and then tools to help cope along each step of the way is the best approach. Anxiety can be used to our advantage and I am to help clients find how their anxiety can serve them and how to get rid of it where it doesn’t.
