About My Clients
You may look like you're holding everything together while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck inside. I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and low self-worth. Whether you're struggling to heal from the past or create a better future, we'll work together to build practical skills, strengthen resilience, and help you create a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and counseling professional with advanced training in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Forest Therapy. My experience includes private practice, community mental health, wilderness therapy, and supporting adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, and major life transitions. I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to each person’s unique goals rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we will explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop effective coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel understood, challenged, and empowered to build a life aligned with your values.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe meaningful change begins with connection—to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. My work is guided by values of compassion, service, authenticity, personal responsibility, and creating communities where people feel supported and empowered. I believe every person has the ability to grow, heal, and create positive change when provided with a safe and supportive environment. I am passionate about helping individuals become more engaged in their lives, relationships, communities, and natural surroundings. Through counseling and nature-based approaches, I support clients in reconnecting with their strengths, building resilience, and developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world. I am a member of the Pennsylvania Counseling Association, the American Counseling Association, and the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT). These professional organizations represent my commitment to ethical practice and community connection.
