About My Clients
I have worked with U.S. service members, business leaders with stressful jobs, LGBT, & utilize play therapy for working with kids & adolescents. My background is from a Psychoanalytic & gestalt paradigm. I also conduct research on trauma and health psychology. I do not just, "sit and listen." I play an active role in therapy as a co-contributer.
My Background and Approach
I have certifications in trauma informed care for both adolescents and adults and take a holistic approach with my clients. I make the process of therapy fun and engaging while allowing for the depth and seriousness that comes about from self work and discovery.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Every client is different and deserves a personalized approach. I do my best to pair my training and research across fields to your specific needs. It takes great courage to start therapy and I will recognize this dynamic as we work together.
