About My Clients
I work with women struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, and overwhelm. Many learned to hide or control their feelings for fear of being “too much.” I help clients cultivate self-compassion, reconnect with their emotions, and develop a deeper relationship with themselves— creating safety to release some control and empowered to take up space authentically.
My Background and Approach
My approach is trauma-informed and integrates somatic interventions, EMDR, and parts work. I believe that anxiety and trauma live in the body just as much as in the mind, so we slow down, tune into sensations, and build capacity to feel and process emotions safely. Together we explore what your body is communicating, how your patterns developed, and identify what you need now to feel a greater sense of safety and connection. Sessions move at a pace that feels manageable for you. I’m collaborative, warm, and curious —always honoring the wisdom of your lived experience. Over time, clients often develop greater internal steadiness, more self-compassion, clearer boundaries, and a deeper connection to their emotional world. Our work together isn’t about managing or suppressing feelings—it’s about cultivating the safety needed to feel and show up authentically in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am committed to racial justice, LGBTQ+ rights, and body liberation. I practice from an anti-oppressive, social justice–oriented lens, believing that mental health and well-being are deeply shaped by social, economic, and political systems. I strive to honor and uplift marginalized voices, challenge systemic inequities, and approach all work with an awareness of how power, privilege, and oppression impact people’s lives and mental health greatly.
