I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, adhd, mood disorders, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, women’s issues, LGBTQIA+, and crisis intervention.
My Background and Approach
I have been working in private practice providing individual and family therapy since 2016. In addition to private practice I also teach at the graduate level. Prior to this I worked in crisis stabilization through local hospital emergency rooms.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all therapy should be highly individualized to meet each clients need. I feel that openness and willingness to learn are traits that make me a better clinician. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and I feel privileged to be a part of the journey.
