About My Clients

I work with high-functioning adults who are deeply engaged in their lives but quietly exhausted from holding so much. Many of my clients are used to being the strong or responsible one in their relationships and hold themselves to very high standards. They often experience anxiety, depression, or burnout and have been in therapy before. Now they are looking for deeper, more lasting internal change that leads to balance and inner peace.

My Background and Approach

My work is relational, grounded, and direct. I help clients slow down enough to understand the patterns beneath their symptoms and create space for real internal change. I believe people can feel whatever they need to feel, and that being emotionally supported is often what allows growth to happen. Clients often tell me they appreciate my honesty, clarity, and the experience of feeling genuinely cared for in the work. Many of the individuals I work with have insight and coping skills but still feel stuck. Together, we focus on softening harsh internal standards, increasing self-compassion, and building a steadier sense of balance. I also enjoy working with couples who are motivated to understand their relational patterns, communicate more honestly, and create more secure and connected relationships. My approach is informed by EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, CBT, and person-centered care. Treatment is always collaborative and tailored to the individual or couple.
