Jaclyn Durrett

In 2004, I received my undergraduate degree from University of Colorado, Boulder. I went on to graduate with a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Regis University in 2008. I have been in practice since 2008 and have nearly 15 years of experience serving diverse populations. The primary focus of my career is behavioral change and self-growth, with a cognitive-behavioral approach. I design and create specific programs based on research, using proven techniques, tips, and tricks to help cope with and diffuse anxiety, difficulty of life transitions, and grief.

I want you to be the best version of yourself possible. I am here to encourage, support, listen to, and help you develop the skills you need for a more permanent transformation. Whatever it is that you are coming to me for, I will meet you were you are and come up with a plan that feels good to you to start making the changes you want to see in your life. I design and create the specific sessions based on specific needs. I have worked with many different populations, in individual and group settings.
