My clients are individuals who want to work on themselves to make positive changes and thrive in daily life through utilizing coping skills and identifying and discussing triggers to combat ongoing issues.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is not one size fits all, in my opinion. I use various techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and reframing thoughts to get to the root of what may be causing the discomfort that is current in everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a big animal lover and love to support animal shelters whenever possible. I also am passionate about helping individuals see their worth and finding the best version of themselves through self discovery.
