About My Clients
I look forward to working alongside those in their late teens and up, that might be struggling with codependency, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss and other life experiences. What does that look like? Well, depending on what's going on, you might have experienced racing thoughts that won't go away, struggling to say no, feeling a heavy weight on your chest or that you can't seem to shake away or maybe have time management experiences that aren't getting any better.
My Background and Approach
I graduated with a degree in Psychology from California State University of Long Beach and after a few years and have returned to graduate school for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Trevecca University in Nashville.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Growing up in a Latinx household, I was offered the ability to have a multicultural lens for everyday interactions and find that sometimes, many of us have similar needs and wants. Connection and understanding. It can be viewed that life can be difficult and we need someone to speak with. There are other times where things are going fine on the outside but on the inside, it doesn't feel that way at all. Therapy can offer a safe and confidential space for either situation or any in between.
