About My Clients
Many of my clients are bright, caring, and creative adults who have spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their true self. They often navigate ADHD, neurodivergence, or trauma while trying to make life work in systems not built for them. Therapy becomes a space to be seen, make sense of their story, and finally feel at home in who they are.
My Background and Approach
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University, Portland, Oregon. My philosophy of counseling is cultivating an environment that is safe and inviting where you can explore who you are and how you relate to the world. I regard each individual as unique and valued regardless of their history or what is currently going on in their lives. My goal is to help people realize their full potential and worth. This time is yours to discover for yourself who you are or who you want to be. It is my commitment to strive to find the best possible approach for you as an individual. I will walk beside you and help guide you towards self-discovery. It will be very important that you participate in your healing. I will work with you on areas of dissatisfaction in your life and help you to find a positive path forward. Private pay only.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people carry more inner resources than they have ever been encouraged to recognize. My role is not to fix you but to help you access what has always been there. Through therapy, we slow down enough to notice patterns, emotions, and survival strategies that once made sense but no longer serve you. Together, we explore how to build self trust, agency, and connection without abandoning your authentic self. Many of my clients arrive feeling misunderstood or overwhelmed, especially when navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, or trauma in systems not designed for their nervous system. Therapy becomes a space where you do not have to perform, mask, or earn belonging. I hold a gentle belief that people move toward healing when they are witnessed, supported, and given space to make meaning of their story. You do not have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to be seen.
