Jacklyn helps clients navigate relational challenges by exploring patterns, communication dynamics, and emotional needs. She takes a collaborative and compassionate approach to address issues such as conflict, attachment, and disconnection. Her goal is to help clients foster deeper understanding, emotional intimacy, and healthier connections in their relationships.

Jacklyn works with clients experiencing depression to uncover its root causes and address contributing factors such as relationships, life transitions, or systemic pressures. She combines psychodynamic and somatic approaches with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients challenge negative thought patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their strengths and sense of purpose.

She uses a multicultural and systemic lens to explore how societal structures and cultural expectations shape her clients’ experiences. Jacklyn creates a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to process these challenges, reclaim their agency, and build resilience while fostering empowerment and self-understanding.
