About My Clients
I am a trauma informed and relational art therapist with over 13 years of clinical and supervisory experience. I specialize in women’s issues, attachment, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions- in particular the challenges that come with being a third-culture kid. I also have a special interest in serving other clinicians on their road to self-discovery both personally and professionally.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I integrate art therapy, sand tray therapy, and IFS into my practice. As such, I am dedicated to a therapeutic intervention that is rooted in nurturance and creative expression. I strive to provide a safe, warm, and compassionate environment that helps you build on your existing resources and inner strengths. Through the language of creativity we will join together to uncover your hidden truths, celebrate your understanding of each part of yourself, and embark on a path of self-love and acceptance. Together, you and I will develop a framework to view and understand your world and reestablish your sense of wholeness. I am also the founder and owner of Renew Art Therapy and Counseling- a team of highly trained, dedicated, and compassionate therapists who believe in a holistic, collaborative, and integrative approach to therapy.
