About My Clients
I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck—people navigating change, uncertainty, or a desire for deeper self-understanding. My clients often come to therapy wanting relief from constant worry, mood shifts, or self-criticism. Together, we create space for clarity, growth, and lasting emotional balance.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s from NYU and nearly a decade of experience. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical—I draw from DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help you better understand yourself, build emotional resilience, and feel more grounded in daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel like a genuine, human experience—one built on trust, respect, and curiosity rather than judgment or jargon. I see every person as capable of growth, even when life feels heavy or uncertain. My role is to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface and supported enough to make meaningful change. I value authenticity and collaboration, meaning we’ll work together to understand your goals and the patterns that keep you stuck. I believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and insight—when you feel seen, heard, and understood for who you truly are. My work is grounded in the idea that emotional wellness isn’t about “fixing” yourself, but rather learning to understand, accept, and care for yourself in new ways.
