I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low self-worth, or relationship patterns that feel confusing or difficult to change. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still feel stuck, and you’re not alone in that.
My Background and Approach
My approach is relational, attachment-informed, and insight-oriented. Together, we explore how past and present relationships may shape how you think, feel, and move through the world. We gently bring awareness to unconscious patterns and how they show up in your daily life, especially in moments of closeness, conflict, or vulnerability.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the heart of this work is creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental. My counseling style is a combination of directness and humor to not only tackle the problem head on, but to keep things light as you progress towards your goal. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and emotionally attuned, with a focus on helping you understand yourself more deeply and develop greater self-compassion. From there, change can begin to feel more natural and lasting, rather than rushed or surface-level. At its core. It's about understanding how your story has shaped you, while also recognizing your capacity to grow beyond patterns that no longer serve you. Centered in compassion and insight to help you feel grounded, connected, and at ease.
