About My Clients
I take special interest in working with individuals and couples who are experiencing trouble in their relationships due to anxiety, communication issues and sexual concerns. I work with people who are in polyamorous, open, and monogamous relationships. I often work with people who have experienced purity culture that now struggle to have a positive relationship with sex. I enjoy creating space for people who are navigating pregnancy/postpartum.
My Background and Approach
I work from a systemic, sex-positive lens to help clients identify and advocate for their needs and wants with others in their lives. My goal is to help aid in the processing of your emotions in an individual and relational context so life can feel less jumbled. I often work with clients who experience anxiety and I help them explore tools and techniques to help manage their symptoms.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I practice from a non-religious lens. I hold anti-capitalist views that shape my work and how we talk about ideas such as pleasure, rest and honoring our needs in a world that often feels taxing. I am anti-racist and a queer-affirming therapist.
