About My Clients
I work with those in the LGBTQ2SIA+ community, and those who have experienced trauma throughout their lifespan. This could mean anything from a one time event in childhood, or multiple events throughout your life. Trauma effects us in a myriad of ways and creating an understanding of that is important for healing, self-compassion, and confidence. I also work well with, and understand, those who are neurodivergent.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a Masters in Public Mental Health Counseling. I have more of an eclectic approach, with a heavier emphasis on talk therapy. I will use different techniques and approaches based on what I think will be best for you.
