About My Clients
I help sensitive, creative young adults who are feeling lost, anxious, and blocked find their most authentic path forward. Find relief from perfectionism, procrastination, burnout, anxiety, and imposter syndrome with creativity-focused therapy and/or coaching so you can finally make progress toward your life goals and creative dreams.
My Background and Approach
I provide a warm, playful, comforting, inspiring, and educational space for you to learn about yourself, the creative process, and helpful coping tools. Using a blend of depth-oriented talk therapy and creative and intuitive practices, we work together to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and free to express yourself fully—in life and in your creative pursuits. Together we'll build confidence, self-love, and the ability to set boundaries and prioritize self-care. Combining gentle therapy for mild anxiety, depression, and stress, with active and focused creativity coaching techniques, we take steps each session toward building creative flow, finding purpose, and reconnecting with what makes you feel alive. If you’re feeling stuck, stressed out, or disconnected from yourself and what makes you happy, I’m here to help you find your way back to a path that feels aligned with your authentic self. Let's take you from just-getting-by to feeling excited and inspired about your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of creativity and exploration of the unconscious as pathways to healing. My work is rooted in values of inclusivity, self-compassion, and deep transformation. I also believe that creative expression can be a powerful act of rebellion. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities, with a special commitment to supporting sensitive, creative, and intuitive individuals who may feel out of place in traditional spaces. I’m passionate about mental health, supporting marginalized people, and deconstructing harmful cultural narratives around productivity and success. Outside of therapy, I love singing/songwriting, cooking, comedy, and tarot. I know firsthand how hard it can be to navigate self-doubt and creative blocks, and I believe that healing is a nonlinear process—but one that is always possible.
