I’m a licensed clinical social worker with decades of experience inspiring and motivating others to be the best of version of themselves. I find a special satisfaction helping other Gay men at all stages in their lives - coming out, building and strengthening relationships, changing careers, and setting a path to retirement. My Background and Approach
Needing to make a big change? Stuck in a job, relationship, or routine? Wanting to “turn the page” and create a new chapter in life but don’t know how to begin? It happens to all of us and there's something we can do. It's called "mental fitness." Just like physical fitness trains our bodies, mental fitness trains our brains to help us respond to life's challenges with a positive mindset to improve performance, lower stress, and build healthy relationships.
