I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults. I work with individuals with a wide variety of needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional/behavioral needs. Whether this is your first time seeking counseling or you have tried other counselors before, I am here to support you towards your goals in life.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Villanova University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and I have several years of experience in both private practice and community agencies. I approach therapy from a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens where you are the expert in your own life. I use a lot of play and expressive art in my work to give creative outlets for self-expression.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every individual is unique and capable. I treat every person as such, seeing you as the expert in your life, not the other way around. I believe in change and healing, and that talking can help move us toward where we want to go and grow.
