Recovery coaching provides one-on-one support after treatment ends — the highest-risk period in recovery. I help clients build daily structure, accountability, and relapse prevention skills for the real world. This is practical, in-your-corner support grounded in clinical understanding of addiction, neuroscience, and what sustainable recovery actually requires.

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles to help clients identify the thoughts, emotions, and situations that drive substance use and psychiatric symptoms — and develop concrete skills to respond differently. CBT is one of the most evidence-based approaches in addiction and co-occurring disorder treatment, and it forms a core part of how I approach case conceptualization and care planning.
