About My Clients
Do you constantly question whether you're good enough? Replay conversations, worry you upset someone, or feel responsible for keeping everyone else okay? Maybe you put others first so often that you've lost sight of yourself. I work with people who struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, trauma, self-doubt, and the lasting impact of childhood experiences. Together, we’ll understand where these patterns come from and help you build a healthier relationship with yourself.
My Background and Approach
I’m a counselor who helps clients find relief from anxiety and emotional overwhelm while also addressing the deeper patterns underneath it. Many people come to therapy wanting immediate tools for stress, relationship struggles, overthinking, or feeling stuck and we’ll work on that first. As therapy progresses, we can also explore the experiences that shaped how you see yourself and others. I integrate trauma-informed approaches and focus on helping clients better understand their emotions, relationships, and internal patterns rather than simply pushing through them. My goal is to help you develop practical tools while creating meaningful, lasting change. I also offer a free 30-minute consultation so you can determine whether we’re a good fit.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people make sense in the context of their experiences. Many struggles that bring people into therapy aren't signs that something is wrong with them, but patterns that developed for understandable reasons. I value authenticity, curiosity, and creating a space where people feel safe enough to show up as they are. Outside of counseling, I appreciate time outdoors, hiking, photography, and learning through stories and books.
