About My Clients
I work primarily with LGBTQA+, transgender, and non-binary folx, but am happy to meet with allies too! I am also happy to provide letters of support (WPATH letters) for gender affirming care. Therapy often focuses on sexuality, gender, habit & lifestyle change (smoking cessation, weight management, sleep, chronic pain, time management/procrastination), coping or adjusting to medical conditions, and general mental health (anxiety, depression, adjustment, stress management).
My Background and Approach
I am solutions focused, collaborative, encourage open dialogue, and use of humor. I believe in an open, affirming treatment experience for all. I use a blend of interventions primarily; cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Transdiagnostic LGBTQ affirmative cognitive behavioral therapy. I also provide supportive psychotherapy.

As an LGBTQ+ therapist I know a one size fits all approach to healthcare doesn’t work and seek to individualize your experience while maintaining the highest standards for integrity and ethics.
