My Background and Approach
I have worked with many populations including foster children and struggling artists. In the end, everyone wants to be confident in themselves and find joy in their relationships. I use an eclectic mix of theories from cognitive behavioral therapy to humanistic and solution focused therapy to help clients be the most authentic version of themselves.
