About My Clients
Whether you are navigating infertility or assisted reproduction (IUI/IVF), experiencing pregnancy loss (miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss, or termination for medical reasons), walking through pregnancy after loss, or processing a shift in your faith, there is grief woven through each of these transitions—often a grief others don’t fully understand or prepare you for. It is entirely normal for these heavy experiences to spark anxiety, depression, loneliness, or uncertainty.
My Background and Approach
My style is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, and Meaning-Centered Grief approaches. Together, we’ll explore how loss impacts your identity, values, and sense of control. We’ll honor what (or who) was lost and create a meaningful path forward where healing and hope can exist alongside grief.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My practice combines clinical training with the understanding of lived experience, having personally navigated infertility, IUI, IVF, stillbirth, faith deconstruction, and pregnancy after loss. I also co-lead 2 free peer support groups for pregnancy loss and infertility, and can be found practicing at Clarity Counseling Group. I offer a free 20-minute consultation.
