About My Clients
Jaceline Celestin is a Licensed Master Family Therapist (LMFT) who specializes in working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples who are working through relationship issues, divorce, dating, parenting challenges, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, ADHD, grief, and LGBTQ+ topics.
My Background and Approach
Jaceline hopes to provide a therapeutic space where individuals, couples, families, or groups feel empowered to make changes in their lives and relationships. She utilizes narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused approaches, and is trained in mind-body medicine techniques including deep breathing, art therapies, and meditation. Jaceline knows that it takes courage to acknowledge when behaviors or ideas no longer benefit us or our relationships. She believes therapy is about empowerment and growth without judgment or labels. The past shapes us, but the road to our future can take us wherever we want. She believes building a strong client-counselor alliance is key to progress and will create an individualized treatment plan for each client.
