About My Clients

I do not have openings or a waitlist & cannot answer requests about future availability. I am still providing letters in one session for people of any age. JAC works with high need trans youth & young adults 13-25, who wish to process their identity, experience, and mental health including depression, bipolar moods, anxiety, dissociation, trauma, self-harm, suicidality, & disability/chronic pain. He specializes in gender, sexuality, & serving the LGBTQPIA2S+ community.

My Background and Approach

JAC is a trauma-informed feminist, sex positive, allied to multiples/alters, kink-positive, & poly inclusive. His practice is centered on compassion, transparency, and intersectionality. He is a feminist, sex-positive, kink-positive, poly inclusive, and strives to empower the individual while validating the impact of social oppression including racism, sexism, cisgenderism, heterosexism, ableism, ageism, sizeism, classism, ethnocentrism, religious imperialism, colonization, and medical gatekeeping. In 2008, he founded the Midwest’s first multi-state trans wellness organization, Heartland Trans Wellness Group, where he served as Executive Director and Program Director for seven years. His program models targeting isolated trans and queer populations have been adopted in multiple Midwestern cities and he is an established social justice educator on trans activism and depathologizing, harm reductive trans healthcare.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

JAC’s committed to servant leadership and has a strong passion for building spaces where the LGBTQPIA community can come together. He believes that one of the greatest sources of strength trans and queer people have is to be together, showing up for each other in ways no one else can. Whatever a person's reasons for wanting or needing support, JAC strives to foster a comforting safer space where they feel validated and heard.
