My Background and Approach
I identify as a queer, neuro-spicy femme originally from Poland who grew up in the Boston area. My approach is relational and draws on Motivational Interviewing to explore change, Internal Family Systems to address inner conflict and coping mechanisms, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to move through stuck emotions utilizing present moment somatic experience, and is rooted in Attachment Theory, Strengths-based/Solution-focused and Narrative frameworks.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My leading objective is helping clients access their internal sense of well being to process obstacles and re-conceptualizing narratives that no longer serve them in their journeys as individuals and/or members of couples, polycules, or other partnerships (QPR's, co-parents, creators/collaborators)
