About My Clients

I love to serve BIPOC clients. You might feel "caught between worlds" or exhausted by the pressure to represent your community while managing your own mental health. I work with those navigating dual identities and generational trauma. You may be going through transitions that are highlighting aspects of your identity you want to work on- let's work together!

My Background and Approach

I support BIPOC clients in Seattle navigating: Dual Identities: Feeling "caught between worlds" or balancing heritage with modern life. Generational Trauma: Untangling patterns passed down through family lines. Life Transitions: Navigating university or the "empty nest" phase. My approach is relational and culturally informed, utilizing IFS and EFT. You don't have to over-explain your background here. Let's work together to write a story that is authentically yours.
