About My Clients
I enjoy helping adolescents and young adults navigate life's challenges in a supportive, judgment-free environment. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, stress, disability adjustment, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
As a Resident in Counseling, I receive ongoing clinical supervision from Autumn McCain, LMFT, to support my continued professional growth and ensure I provide high-quality, evidence-based care. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing happens through genuine connection, collaboration, and feeling truly understood. I primarily use a person-centered approach through an attachment lens, recognizing that our early relationships and life experiences influence how we view ourselves, connect with others, and respond to life's challenges. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical coping skills they can use outside of sessions. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I tailor treatment to each client's unique strengths, needs, and goals.
