When you’re concerned about what others are thinking and feeling, it’s difficult to focus on yourself and your own needs. Thus, being a major benefit of therapy. You can communicate your thoughts and feelings without concern or fear of being judged. You can focus on you, your needs and wants, and ways to accomplish your goals. Sometimes it’s easier to be more open and more honest when you go outside your circle of family and friends.
My Background and Approach
There is no one size fits all approach to therapy. I will spend time with you understanding what you are experiencing so that you can make enhancements that will help you enrich your life from a holistic perspective. I believe that everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through life's challenges. The goal is to help you increase self-awareness, gain new perspectives, decrease symptoms, and increase personal strengths to have a more profound experience.
