My Background and Approach
With over 10 years of experience, I offer a warm, relatable, direct and often humorous approach. I draw from an eclectic array of therapeutic modalities and my approach will vary depending on your specific needs. I focus on treating root causes, not just symptoms. Together, we will explore your life and relationships guided by attachment and psychodynamic theories as well as embodiment and somatic coaching to support nervous system regulation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My educational and professional path has led me to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and through this perspective I am dedicated to social justice. Personally, I am committed to challenging the dominant, patriarchal norms that value whiteness over color, straightness over queerness, and men over women.
