My Approach to Helping
I offer online individual therapy in North Carolina and Florida for adults 23+ navigating anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship and family challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, while also providing practical tools to help you create meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to help you understand the patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, overthinking, guilt, and difficulty prioritizing your own needs. Together, we can explore where these patterns come from, challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, strengthen boundaries, improve communication, and develop healthier coping strategies. Therapy is a space to slow down, gain perspective, and reconnect with yourself. My goal is to help you feel more confident navigating uncertainty, relationships, and life changes while creating a more balanced and fulfilling life.
