About My Clients
My bread and butter is working with GenZ and Millenials that are ready to work on feeling better or finding their best self. If you want to work through being a high achiever, perfectionist, people pleaser that is tired of "having it all together", I get you. If you want to learn new skills to navigate ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, I get you. If you are trying to let go of a painful relationship, past experience, troubling childhood, I get you. My Background and Approach
I am a first generation, first born, Latina daughter of immigrants. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with my undergrad and Master's degree. I am a life-long learner and big time nerd who wants to find the best approach to find my client's the healing they deserve. I am regularly attending trainings on how to empower or liberate clients or seeking certifications like Gottman Training Level 1, CBT, or EMDR... No matter what, YOU ARE THE EXPERT in YOUR LIFE. I appreciate the invitation and together we will find what tools, skills, and practice you need to expand.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds or those who have been intentionally marginalized that are seeking liberation from oppressive systems or situations. I practice from a LGBTQIA+ allied and AntiRacist lens. As someone who has been intensionally marginalized for having come from an income constrained, Spanish speaking, belonging and understanding was something that I wish I had more access to. Additionally, I do recognize how harmful these systems have been to the global majority and hope that through our work together you feel prepared to navigate these complex systems with tools in addition to love, rest, joy, peace.
